Dining at Restaurant 700 was a standout experience; the ambiance was intimate, providing the perfect backdrop for savoring both local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed a wine tasting organized by their knowledgeable sommelier, which showcased exquisite local wines that beautifully paired with my meal. The highlight, however, was the Lounge Bar 700, where expertly crafted signature cocktails were served. Enjoying an aperitif in the grassy walled gardens by the sunken swimming pool made for a memorable evening.
